Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage shelter operations including guest admissions and standards of conduct
- Maintain the safety and oversee the cleanliness of the shelter
- Help manage the the daily operations of the Emergency Shelter in cooperation with the Women’s Shelter Manager and Chief Operating Officer
- Supervise guests to ensure adherence to the guidelines of the Emergency Shelter
- Complete intake forms for incoming shelter guests and inform them of the Emergency Shelter Guidelines

- Ability to verbally communicate with guests, families, the public, and other members of the staff
- Exhibit strong spiritual relationship with Christ through love and concern for guests
- Must be honest, dependable and exhibit a warm, cheerful and caring manner
